To use this service please ask at reception for your registration letter which will give you all the information you need. Please read our guide to booking appointments on-line HERE to help you get the most out of this service.
Each day there are “on the day” bookable appointments. These are for patients who feel they need to be seen that day due to their urgent medical need.
See Surgery Times for the details of the Evening Surgery.
These are run on an appointment basis and are for all non-urgent care and follow-up appointments. Appointments can be booked in advance through reception up to two weeks in advance. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment so we can offer it to another patient.
Speaking to the doctor
If you would like to contact the doctor by e-mail about issues where an e-mailed reply is appropriate, then contact the doctor through this website (contact details) Please be specific about who you are addressing your message to, and what information you require. Please do not use this system to consult the doctor or nurse about symptoms of illness. They will always ask that you attend surgery. Please allow 2 working days for a response.
You can ask for the doctor to call you back most days. If you wish to use this facility please provide a telephone number where you can be contacted and ensure you keep the line free.
If you would like a chaperone to be present during an appointment with a doctor or nurse please let the reception staff know when booking your appointment.
