Book your appointment on-line here:
To use this service please ask at reception for your registration letter which will give you all the information you need. Please read our guide to booking appointments on-line HERE to help you get the most out of this service.
We are currently running a telephone triage system. Please telephone the surgery to speak with the GP or Nurse. They will advise if you need to come into the surgery. You will need to wear your face mask when you come to the surgery for any reason. If you need to come into the surgery please don’t arrive early for your appointment and please stand in one of the black squares in the waiting room once you have booked in at reception. This will enable us to limit numbers in the waiting room and to support social distancing.
Contacting the surgery using e-consult
We are now offering ‘e-consult’ appointments. This is a quick and easy way to get medical advice. You can ask general advice, request fit notes or test results. Please use the pop up link on the home page of this website.
Speaking to the doctor
If you would like to contact the doctor by e-mail about issues where an e-mailed reply is appropriate, then contact the doctor through this website (contact details) Please be specific about who you are addressing your message to, and what information you require. Please do not use this system to consult the doctor or nurse about symptoms of illness. They will always ask that you attend surgery. Please allow 2 working days for a response.
You can ask for the doctor to call you back most days. If you wish to use this facility please provide a telephone number where you can be contacted and ensure you keep the line free.
If you would like a chaperone to be present during an appointment with a doctor or nurse please let the reception staff know when booking your appointment.
